Dominic Sherwood was born in Kent, South East England.
He went to school at Oakwood Park Grammar in Maidstone. After studying
Drama and Theater Studies at schools in Maidstone, he left to work
abroad starting in Kenya and moving for six months before returning to
London. There he began working in several plays before signing with an
agency and getting work on TV and Film.
2010
he had his first recurring role in the third season of the series The Cut as Jack Simmons.
2011
Dom appeared in an episode of the television series, Sadie J as Tom.
2012
Dominic starred as Romeo in the play "Romeo and Juliet" produced by the company Act II and played the young Mick Jagger in the movie Not Fade Away.
In early October he also joined Hollister Co. as an Instore Model.

He got his first notable role as Christian Ozera in the movie Vampire Academy based on Richelle Mead's novel he also left Hollister Co. to devote himself to acting.
